The AUS-ION 24cm Grill Flat Pan is the flat option with grill marks, a great fit for every kitchen. Like the 24cm Crêpe Pan it's flat rather than walled, but with raised ridges that leave grill marks on your food. Think toasties and skewers, served straight from the stovetop, oven or outdoors over the campfire.
Wrought from a single sheet of clean Australian iron, it has no synthetic coatings, just clean iron with real natural seasoning, as it's been done for centuries. Naturally seasoned with non-GMO rice bran oil, it's ready to cook from the moment it arrives, and because that's natural seasoning rather than a synthetic coating, it changes and develops with every cook. The beauty of seasoned iron is that it's forever renewable.
Wrought and manufactured in Sydney and backed by a multi-century warranty. Suitable for all heat sources.

Care & Cleaning
Rinse under hot running water while still warm and scrape off any stuck-on food with a wooden or steel scraper before it cools. Skip the soap where you can, as it erodes young seasoning, and never put the pan in the dishwasher. Dry thoroughly, then sit it on a warm stovetop to remove any last moisture before storing. While the pan is new, finish with a thin coat of oil to protect the seasoning.
A Patchy Pan is Normal
Your pan arrives naturally seasoned with pure rice bran oil, so some surface variation is completely normal, even on arrival. It won't affect performance. With every cook the seasoning evolves into a surface that's uniquely yours.
