Use & Care

• Wash before first use with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly

• Hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the enamel

• Use low to medium heat for most cooking; reserve high heat for short searing only

• Avoid boiling dry and allow the pan to cool slightly before washing

• Do not plunge a hot pan into cold water to prevent thermal shock and potential enamel damage

• Use wooden, nylon, or silicone utensils to protect the enamel surface

• For stubborn residues, soak in warm water for 15–20 minutes and clean with a nylon or soft abrasive pad

• Store in a dry, well-ventilated space and avoid dropping or knocking against hard surfaces
