The Hackit is a Norwegian-designed chopping tool that breaks up mince in the pan as it cooks, so it browns quickly and evenly without lumps. Five propeller-shaped blades fan out from an ergonomic handle to chop, mash, mix and crush, and it stands on its own base between uses.
