Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.
Ceramic sharpening rods are used to maintain the blades edge between whetstone sharpening. We recommend using this ceramic rod regularly to ensure your blade remains razor-sharp and free of burrs. This ceramic sharpening rod will not sharpen your knife if it is completely blunt or damaged as it is more of a maintenance tool. To repair damaged knives, we strongly recommend the use of a whetstone. GLOBAL knives are sharpened at a 15-degree angle in the factory, and we recommend sharpening at this angle for best results.
