Care: before first use, rinse in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Hand wash only, and avoid harsh detergents, metal utensils and metal scourers, which can mark the surface. Acidic foods such as lemon may discolour the finish, but this does not affect performance. Always use an oven glove when the pan is hot.
