Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

The Fowlers Vacola No. 31 Bottle Jar is the 1L bottle in the current Fowlers range and uses Size 4 rings, lids, and clips. Its wide neck makes it especially well suited to preserving larger fruit, including plums, peaches, and apricots. The bottle measures 165mm high x 90mm wide.
The No. 31 is also the bottle used in Fowlers' fermenting setup, which makes it a versatile option beyond traditional bottling. Fowlers' own fermenting recipes are written around No. 31 bottles with Size 4 components.
