These Fowlers Vacola Stainless Steel Preserving Lids fit Bottle Sizes 3, 10, and 19 and are designed for use with Size 2 rings and clips. Supplied as a 12 pack, they are the longer-life lid option for the Fowlers Size 2 bottle system.
Stainless steel is the better choice for repeated use and for high-acid preserves such as pineapple and pickles. During preserving, the lid is secured over the ring with a clip, and the seal forms as the bottle cools.
