Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.
Practical set for making fresh ravioli or pasta cases in three different sizes (diameters 125mm, 95 mm, 60 mm). Use the bottom of the mould to cut the pastry, place the cut pastry into the inside of the mould and then fill it. Brush the edges with egg white, fold together and you’re done. Then take it out and cook as usual.
