Paderno was established in 1925 in Paderno Dugnano outside Milan, starting in aluminium cookware before expanding into the professional stainless steel that defines the brand today. The Series 1000 cookware carries Paderno's signature pouring rim and a sandwich aluminium-cored base for even heat across saucepans, stockpots and sauteuses. The catalogue extends to tinned heavy-duty food mills with interchangeable blades, blue steel baking sheets, commercial salad spinners and the classic conical chinois.
