The Opinel No.08 Mushroom Knife in black walnut is a forager's tool with real presence. The curved 8cm stainless steel blade harvests cleanly, the scraper on the spine cleans as you go, and a natural bristle brush in the end of the handle lifts dirt without bruising delicate mushrooms. Finished with an orange Alcantara cord and presented in a wooden gift box with a clear window. Made in France.
