Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.
First developed in the early 1800s, the Mason Cash Pudding basins are steeped in heritage and are a design classic. The versatile basin can be used for prep or serving, as well as steaming puddings. The rim on the pudding basin is shaped so that the pudding can be sealed before steaming. The vented base allows bubbles to escape from underneath the basin, preventing it from tipping over in the pan. The Classic shape allows for easy release of the pudding after steaming, giving a pudding its distinct shape. The cream basin measures H11cm x Dia 19.5cm, with a capacity of 1.75 litres.
