Marvelous Molds is an American maker of patented food grade silicone, founded by chef Dominic Palazzolo and manufactured in the USA. The Flexabet range turns fondant into clean lettering without cutters or piping: press the paste in, flex the mould, and the letters release intact. Fonts run from calligraphy and swirly script through to typewriter, covering full alphabets, numbers, symbols and ready-made Happy Birthday sets. The silicone is tear resistant and rated to 204°C, so the same mould works in chocolate, isomalt and baked applications.
