Keep your knives finely tuned with the Mac Ceramic Honing Rod (SR-85BK). Made in Japan, this 21.5 cm rod uses an ultra-hard ceramic surface to gently realign and polish edges, helping blades maintain peak sharpness between full sharpenings.
21.5 cm length – compact, practical size for home or professional kitchens
Medium 1200 grit ceramic surface – smooths and polishes for a razor-like edge
Harder than traditional steel rods – delivers faster, more consistent results
Everyday maintenance tool – ideal for daily use in restaurants or occasional touch-ups at home
Black handle design – secure, comfortable grip for safe control
Rust-proof material – ceramic will not corrode like metal steels
This honing rod is designed to maintain, not replace sharpening. Handle with care — ceramic is durable in use but can chip or shatter if dropped on hard surfaces.
