Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.
The MB Original is Monbento's flagship two-tier lunch box, made in France since 2009 and used by over a million people worldwide. Two 500ml stacked compartments with a hinged inner lid and silicone seal keep food sealed and separate — so a salad on one side doesn't leak into the sandwich on the other. The whole box latches closed with a stretchy band and slips into a backpack, tote, or work bag.
The PBT plastic is more durable than the polypropylene most lunch boxes are made from — heavier, less flex, better against scratches and dishwasher wear over years of daily use. Microwave safe with the silicone caps lifted to vent (500W max, 3 minutes max), dishwasher safe, and backed by a 3-year warranty.
