Designed for large, bakery-style loaves, this extra-long oval banneton supports your dough during final proof while helping it maintain structure, rise evenly, and develop a bold artisan crust pattern.
Handcrafted from natural rattan, the coiled design promotes airflow around the dough for more even fermentation and improved oven spring. Used without a liner, it creates the classic flour-dusted spiral finish that defines traditional sourdough.
