A versatile, go-to size for shaping consistent batard-style loaves. This oval banneton supports your dough during final proof, helping it hold structure, rise evenly, and develop the classic artisan crust pattern.
Handcrafted from natural rattan, the coiled design promotes airflow around the dough for more even fermentation and improved oven spring. Used without a liner, it creates the traditional flour-dusted spiral finish that defines well-made sourdough.
