Well suited to standard sandwich loaves, milk bread, and everyday bakes. The fitted lid traps steam during baking, producing a consistent crumb structure and flat-topped Pullman-style result.
Made from 0.5mm carbon steel with a food-grade silicone non-stick coating, it releases cleanly and handles repeated use without degrading. Free from PTFE, PFOA, LEAD, and APEO.
