Six knives. Steak done properly.
Handcrafted in France by André Verdier — master cutlers since 1859 — this Débutant Choc steak knife set brings classic Laguiole craftsmanship to the table in a rich, earthy palette. Each knife features a handle finished in warm chocolate tones, with colours drawn from the Choc series including deep brown, caramel, ivory and black.
The hardened stainless steel blades feature a fine serrated edge that slices cleanly through steak, lamb and grilled meats without tearing. Built with full tang construction and the classic five-rivet handle design, each knife feels balanced and comfortable in hand — the kind of cutlery you reach for whenever good food is on the table.
The six knives are stored in a compact wooden block that keeps them protected, organised and ready for the next meal.
