Built for the cheese board.
Crafted in France by André Verdier — master cutlers since 1859 — this Débutant Black cheese cleaver brings classic Laguiole craftsmanship to serving time. The broad stainless steel blade is designed for clean, controlled cuts through firm and semi-hard cheeses, while the weight of the blade helps guide each slice with precision.
The handle is finished in classic black, giving it a clean, understated look that suits both casual dining and more considered table settings. Built with the traditional five-rivet handle construction and finished with the iconic Laguiole bee emblem, it reflects the heritage craftsmanship André Verdier is known for.
Supplied individually and loose, it’s a practical addition to any cheese board.
