Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.
This cafetiere replacement jug is designed to work with their 3-cup cafetiere, with a capacity of 350ml (0.5 pint, 12 fl oz). It's made with La Cafetière's trademark care and quality, and features heat and thermal shock-resistant borosilicate glass.
Universal and extremely adaptable, it can be used with almost any La Cafetière 3-cup glass beaker model. That includes models from their Roma, Pisa and Monaco ranges, as well as cafetieres by other brands. It's also available in 4-cup, 6-cup, 8-cup and 12-cup size.
