Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

Collect brewing waste, including biodegradable tea bags, loose-leaf tea and coffee grounds and compost for later use in the garden. The knock box will store the contents of your brew and the filter will catch all solid waste, allowing you to rinse your cafetière through it without blocking your kitchen drains. The drip tray will retain any excess moisture from the contents and can be easily removed for use in watering plants. while the solid waste retained in the filter can be made into compost.
The container features a removable bar coated in rubber for effective absorption of knocking impact, it’s odour free and features a non-slip base for optimal stability.
The composter and knock box is partly made from organic by-products of coffee production that would otherwise go to waste.
