Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.
This borosilicate glass teapot with infuser from La Cafetière can be used with loose leaf tea and bagged, herbal varieties. It has the capacity for 6 cups (based on a traditional teacup size serving), or 1.5L (2.5 pints, 50 fl oz). Its integrated stainless steel filter traps the leaves but ensures all the flavour is infused. It's also removable for easy cleaning.
