Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.
If you prefer to keep your knives in the drawer, our In-drawer Knife Block will protect them and your fingers. The compact design takes up the minimal amount of space in the drawer. The block houses four essential knives to cover all cutting tasks in the kitchen.
