Maintenance and Care
After each use, knock the top of the grinder against the heel of your hand. This discourages peppercorns or rock
salt
from getting lodged in the grinding mechanism. It is also best practise to knock the grinder with the heel of your
hand before turning the top knob for a finer grind.
Regularly remove the top knob and dust with a soft brush to remove finely ground spices.
