These Fowlers Vacola Preserving Clips hold the lid in place during processing while still allowing air to vent, so the vacuum seal can form as the bottle cools. Leave the clips on for 12 to 18 hours after processing, then remove and reuse for your next batch.
Made in Australia from electro-plated spring steel, these clips are supplied as a 12 pack and fit Fowlers bottle sizes No. 3, No. 10, and No. 19.
