Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

How to use
Clean and dry surface.
Remove plastic film from back of i-hook.
Press firmly onto surface, pressing out as many air bubbles as possible.
For maximum strength wait 24hrs before using.
When removing, peel from one corner.
If dirty, wash under cold water, using only your hands to wipe away dirt.
Do not use any cleaning agents, cloths or scourers to wipe the adhesive layer.
