Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.
The Flair Weigh Cup is a digital dosing cup with a ceramic insert for brewing either 30ml or 60ml shots of extraction. Easily dose your beans and brew and enjoy your espresso!
The Weigh Cup features a 500 gram capacity and displays units in grams, millilitres or ounces. Dose your beans easily before grinding, then add Flair’s custom ceramic cup to the dosing cup and measure and brew your espresso.
The ceramic cup features a Flair logo and two different cavities – of 30ml and 60ml – to help you brew single and double shots of espresso. Once you’ve brewed, remove the ceramic cup and enjoy with as a straight shot of espresso or add milk for your favourite latte or cappuccino.
