The KK yanagiba combines robust quality with understated design — a long, slender single-bevel blade in molybdenum vanadium stainless steel, finished with a soft wavy satin line and set into a matt black octagonal pakkawood handle. Built for thin, precise slicing of fish for sashimi and sushi. Hand wash, not dishwasher safe.
