Ivo Cutelarias was founded in 1954 by Joao Ivo Peralta and wife Maria in Caldas Da Rainha, 80km north of Lisbon, Portugal. The family business exports to over 60 countries across collections including Everyday Series, Blademaster, Professional Line I and Premier, with blades forged from German chrome-vanadium stainless steel and colour-coded polypropylene handles supporting commercial food-safety zoning in busy kitchens.
