Tojiro Soft Knife Bag 8 Slot

Carrying knives loose is how edges get chipped and how people get cut. This roll takes eight knives in separate sleeves, sized for a chef knife or yanagi-sashimi up to 300mm, a western deba up to 270mm, or a deba up to 240mm, so a full gyuto goes in alongside the petty without anything protruding.

Nylon outer, so it wipes clean, shrugs off the splashes that come with a commercial kitchen and does not soak up water the way canvas does. Folds to 500x150x30mm closed and supplied empty. Depending on blade shape some knives may not fit, so check against the lengths above.
