The heavy-gauge 4mm aluminium body delivers fast, even heat transfer with no hot spots, while the Quantum 2 Whitford non-stick coating gives reliable food release with less oil and far easier cleaning than a natural-finish pan. The induction base plate means it performs across induction, gas, electric, ceramic, and halogen cooktops, and it's oven safe for finishing dishes off the stove.
