Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.

Replacement Seals
Fowlers Vacola does not supply an official replacement seal for the swing top stopper. Fowlers Vacola Preserving Rings in Size 1 fit the swing top stopper and work as a replacement seal. This is not an officially endorsed compatibility, but the fit is correct and the seal holds. A practical option if your swing top bottle has a worn or lost seal.
