Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.
Replacement stainless steel preserving lid for older Fowlers bottle sizes 28, 39, 42, and 56.
This is a single Size 4.25 stainless steel preserving lid made to suit older Fowlers Vacola bottles that use the larger 4.25 lid size. It fits bottle sizes 28, 39, 42, and 56.
During preserving, the lid sits on top of the preserving ring and is secured with a clip. After processing, leave the lid and clip in place for 12 to 18 hours while the vacuum seal forms.
Stainless steel offers a longer-life alternative and is the right choice for customers using older Fowlers bottles who need the hard-to-find Size 4.25 fitment.
