Fondtastic is rolled fondant formulated for the weather Australians actually decorate in. Humidity is what turns fondant sticky and cracks it on the cake, and the current formula was reworked for exactly that, more pliable straight from the tub, better moisture retention through transport and storage, and workable with less kneading. It rolls very thin without tearing and finishes with a silky sheen, in vanilla, across a wide colour range in 250g and 1kg tubs. The modelling paste dries harder for figures and flowers that need to hold their shape.
