Copper, a truly noble material, ensures rapid and even heat distribution, for precise cooking that respects the ingredients. Ideal for making perfect jams, caramels, or pastries while preserving the texture, colour, and natural aromas of the fruit. Built to last and enhancing even the most demanding dishes, ideal for precision recipes and lovers of traditional cooking methods. More than just a utensil, tinned copper is a true kitchen companion.
Designed and manufactured in France, these copper classics are built to last. Their robustness and performance make them reliable kitchen companions, as elegant as they are efficient.
Each round copper dish reflects time-honored craftsmanship, combining elegance and performance. The carefully applied internal lead-free tin plating protects the copper, ensuring healthy cooking without altering the flavours.
