They offer a refined and authentic aesthetic for a kitchen full of character.
Copper, a truly noble material, ensures rapid and even heat distribution, for precise cooking that respects the ingredients. Ideal for making perfect jams, caramels, or pastries while preserving the texture, colour, and natural aromas of the fruit. Built to last and enhancing even the most demanding dishes, ideal for precision recipes and lovers of traditional cooking methods. More than just a utensil, tinned copper is a true kitchen companion.
Designed and manufactured in France, these copper classics are built to last. Their robustness and performance make them reliable kitchen companions, as elegant as they are efficient.
Each copper frying pan reflects time-honored craftsmanship, combining elegance and performance. The carefully applied internal lead-free tin plating protects the copper, ensuring healthy cooking without altering the flavours.
Thanks to copper's excellent conductivity, you can heat your utensil to any temperature to reveal all the flavours of your cooking.
The handle is made of cast iron, has a locking system, and is riveted for lifelong durability. It is excessively curved and long so that it rests under the cook's forearm; this will make it easier to use and save your wrist.
