The Fowlers Vacola Stainless Steel Preserving Pan is designed for jam makers who want the right shape, capacity, and control for larger batches. With an 8 litre capacity and a solid aluminium base encapsulated in stainless steel, it delivers efficient heat distribution and is suitable for all cooktops, including induction.
The pan measures 16cm high x 30cm wide and includes a measuring guide on the inside, along with an easy-pour handle and pouring spout to make filling, transferring, and reducing mess easier. It is equally useful for jams, marmalade, chutney, sauces, and stock.
