Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

Care & Maintenance: Before first use, wash in warm soapy water with a soft nylon cloth or brush. Avoid harsh scourers. For routine cleaning, allow the pan to cool before washing. To remove heat tint marks, create a paste with two tablespoons of bicarb soda and water. Rub gently in a circular motion with a soft cloth, then rinse. To keep it looking like new, use SCANPAN Steel and Copper Cleaner.
