The Scanpan Elektra Large Roasting Tray is designed for serious oven work — generous tray bakes, large vegetable roasts, sheet-pan dinners and entertaining at scale. Its shallow 2.5cm profile maximises surface contact and airflow, helping deliver crisp edges and even browning across the entire tray.

Built with a 2.8mm triple-layer clad stainless steel body, it combines stainless steel and aluminium for fast, uniform heat distribution from corner to corner. Responsive, warp resistant and stable under high heat, it performs reliably without hot spots.

Compatible with all cooktops including induction and oven safe up to 250°C, it transitions seamlessly from stovetop to oven. Durable stainless steel construction ensures long-term performance and easy maintenance.
