The hybrid construction is the difference. A tri-ply body of stainless steel, aluminium core, and stainless steel base heats quickly and evenly across the whole pan including up the sides. A stainless steel honeycomb grid sits over a PPG Fusion Pro ceramic non-stick coating, protecting the surface from scratches and metal utensils while still delivering the easy release of a non-stick. You get the searing performance of stainless steel and the cleanup of ceramic non-stick in both pans.
Free from PFOA, PFAS, cadmium, and lead. Both pans are compatible with every cooktop including induction.

Care
- Wash in warm soapy water before first use
- Cook on low to medium heat — the hybrid construction heats fast and high heat is unnecessary
