The KH Royal Aluminium Crepe Pan is a professional-grade pan built for thin batters and quick flips. The heavy-gauge 4mm aluminium body delivers fast, even heat transfer with no hot spots, while the Quantum 2 Whitford non-stick coating gives reliable food release with less oil and far easier cleaning than a natural-finish pan. The induction base plate means it performs across induction, gas, electric, ceramic, and halogen cooktops, and it's oven safe for finishing dishes off the stove.
The handle is riveted to the body at three points for a secure, long-lasting connection that won't work loose under heavy use, with a large hanging hole at the end for easy storage.
