The KH Deluxe Conical Saucepan is a commercial-grade workhorse built for the demands of a busy kitchen. The conical shape — wide base, high walls — makes it suited to sautéing, browning, poaching, building sauces, and stir frying, not just boiling and simmering. At 1.0L it is the smallest in the range, ideal for sauces, reductions, melting, and single portions.
Made from 18/10 stainless steel with a 5mm sandwich base, it delivers even heat across the base with no hot spots, and stands up to constant daily use, frequent washing, and continuous heating. The non-reactive interior keeps flavours neutral and the surface clean, so it won't discolour or taint food over time. A strong welded handle gives a secure grip for safe transport across the kitchen, even when full.
Suitable for induction, gas, electric, and open fire. Oven safe and dishwasher safe.
