Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

Garcima's aluminium lid covers paella pans from 32cm to 34cm diameter — sized to fit the family-dinner range, with built-in steam release vents that stop condensation pooling on top of the rice. Pressed aluminium with a central knob handle, lightweight enough to lift one-handed, sturdy enough to last.
Two real uses: keep a finished paella warm at the table while guests serve themselves, or use during cooking to trap steam and finish the rice when the centre needs a bit more time. The devaporiser vents around the centre stop water dripping back onto the rice surface and ruining the socarrat — a detail the cheap generic lids get wrong.
