The single-ring gas burner Garcima built for serious outdoor paella cooks — and one of the few in their range that carries full Australian gas certification under AS 2658-2008. AGA certified, ready to run on LPG out of the box, supplied with the hose and regulator pre-matched to Australian standards. The pan rests on top, the burner sits stable on its own legs, and you get even heat across a 30cm diameter paella pan from a single concentric flame ring.
Thirty centimetres is the right burner for the 30-36cm pan range — paella for 2 to 4 people depending on rice layer depth. Outdoor cooking only, but that's the point. Domestic cooktops can't deliver this kind of heat distribution under a paella pan. A dedicated burner is the difference between paella that cooks evenly across the whole diameter, and rice that's done at the edge while the middle is still wet.
Made in Spain by Garcima, the Valencia workshop most professional kitchens think of when they think paella. Supplied complete with the regulator and hose — everything you need to connect to a standard Australian LPG bottle.

Safety and Setup
This is a gas appliance for outdoor use only. Operate on stable level ground, away from flammable materials, with adequate ventilation. Do not use indoors or in enclosed spaces. Do not use a variable-pressure regulator — only fixed-pressure regulators matched to Australian standards are suitable. If you're not experienced with LPG appliances, have the connection checked by a qualified gas fitter before first use.
Care
- Wipe the burner clean with a damp cloth after use
- Keep dry between uses to prevent corrosion
- Store the regulator and hose somewhere protected from weather, rodents, and UV exposure
- Inspect the hose periodically for cracks or wear — replace if any damage is visible
