Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.

Built around the No. 31 bottle format, this set is designed for making ferments such as sauerkraut and fermented vegetables using the Fowlers system. The airlock allows gas to escape during fermentation, while the lid, ring, and clip secure the setup on the jar. Fowlers' own ferment recipes use No. 31 bottles with fermenting lid sets, which is exactly what this set provides.
Because the jar is included, this is the complete option for anyone starting from scratch with Fowlers fermenting — rather than the accessories-only fermenting lid set. Once fermentation is complete, Fowlers recipes recommend switching to a Size 4 Snap-On Cap for refrigerated storage.
