Claire Bowman is the name behind edible cake lace, and the 3D mats are what set the range apart. Varying depths in the silicone mean the lace lifts off with real dimension rather than sitting flat, so bows, florals and birds read as three dimensional on the cake. The stencils cover borders, side panels and full coverage patterns, and the spreading knife gets the mix into the mould cleanly. Designs run from Art Nouveau and Damask through to butterflies and birdcages.
