This double burner grill and griddle gives you two cooking surfaces in one reversible piece of cast iron. One side has ribbed grill bars for searing steaks, fish and vegetables. Flip it over and the flat griddle side handles pancakes, eggs, bacon and toasted sandwiches. It spans two burners, so there's room to cook a full breakfast or a batch of burgers in one go.
Like all Lodge cast iron, it is seasoned with 100% natural vegetable oil and ready to use straight out of the box. It has no synthetic coating and is made without PFAS. Cast iron holds heat exceptionally well for even cooking across the whole surface, and the seasoning improves with every use.

Care: hand wash, dry thoroughly and wipe with a light coat of oil. The surface gets very hot in use, so always lift with mitts.
