This MasterCraft Non-Stick Fluted Rectangular Tart / Quiche Pan With Loose Base makes it easy to achieve perfectly presented, long rectangular quiches, tarts and flans. It's made from commercial grade carbon steel, so you can rely on its warp-free, rust-resistant design for years to come.
The tart pan measures 36 x 13 cm (14” x 5”), with a depth of 2.5 cm (1”). This long rectangular shape makes it ideal for making quiches or tarts to slice and serve as finger-sized portions.
