This 27cm CHEFMADE springform pan includes a flat base for round cakes and cheesecakes, plus a tube base for chiffon cakes, angel food cakes, and ring-style bakes. Made from 0.8mm carbon steel, it delivers even heat distribution and reliable baking performance, with a food-grade silicone non-stick coating to help delicate cakes release cleanly.
The springform latch makes unmoulding easier, especially for softer or more fragile bakes, while the two-base design gives you more flexibility from one pan.
