Shipping Damage
Report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item, carton, packaging, and label. Approved claims resolved by refund or replacement.
Exchange or store credit available if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not available for in-store change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty under normal use, contact us for a refund, replacement, or repair. We cover return shipping for faulty items.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE;
1. Brush the surface of you cake or sugar creation with water of apply adhesive medium such as confectioners glaze.
2. You should allow the adhesive to become tacky before attempting to transfer the leaf.
3. Mask off areas to prevent the accidental transfer of leaf.
4. Once your Leaf has been placed and attached to your cake or sugar creation, you may need to smooth it down. To smooth, gently and very lightly brush your leaf/transfer sheet with a high quality make-up brush, or you can use the transfer sheet to carefully smooth the leaf.
Important note: The sheets are extremely delicate so care must be taken when taking them out of packaging and applying to product. Carefully cover any unused leaves in cling wrap and store in an airtight container in a dark place between 18 – 28°C. Product will not maintain its quality if exposed to air, light or humidity.
